Snapped: Why I’m Wearing This Vintage Green Dress

ABC Open is asking for contributions for the series Snapped: Why I’m Wearing This. It was so difficult to choose any one particular thing; I went with a dress that is now no longer with me.

My most memorable experience wearing it was when this picture was taken; during a workshop event held during my 2012 residency at theGRID: hybrid arts collective in Toowoomba.

Link to the Snapped: article here. It has been sent to a local opshop in The Great Cleanout of 2013; I hope whoever snags it wears it and makes some happy memories too.
