Creative Tanks, Oxygen Café, 2011
I blogged about my first Creative Tanks preparation, and here on completion of the project. The Creative Tanks project was the brainchild of made. creative space Toowoomba, started in 2011 with the idea to bring popup arts spaces to businesses in Toowoomba during Carnival of Flowers.
