Repairing the van

Had a time in Seville, and the south of Spain in general. Lots of ups and downs on this trip so far! I have written previously about our solar system being the reason why we had to extend our stay in this beautiful city, but we are having other issues with phones and engines and a bunch of other fun things…anyway, still a beautiful place to be parked up in!

We have possibly repaired the solar system. That is about as confident as I want to be about this situation. Partner is getting very good at troubleshooting solar systems now. I am on perpetual torch-holding duty.

Purchasing an electric multimeter helped with the trouble shooting, eventually we got everything re-wired and have electricity again.

Van living seems to be a series of ups and downs, we will just need to keep taking on whatever happens in the future. Flexibility and resilience is key.

We did have an amazing time with our delightful hosts in an attractive city. Creativity, kindness and generousness all around.

Partner and I have the feeling of lurching from calamity to disaster every damn day at the moment, but we keep propping each other up. Usually there is a silver lining, or something better just around the corner. So, onwards to the next adventure!
